My research is located in the intersection of Health Services Research and Clinical Research. I am using mainly Qualitative Methods (but also Quantitative Methods) and insights from Medical Sociology and Organizational Sociology. My main research area is digital health regarding its potential for Sustainability, Prevention and Health Care Services focussing on medical platforms, telemedicine and app-based services. I am also interested in primary care as well as the Professionalization and Didactics of Medicine.
