From my first work experiences, I learned good communication skills, including training with customers and team leader skills. In 2012, I began working at IBM, where I started with change management, working for an ABB customer and supporting all the processes for changes. Every day, I communicated with technical teams, customers, and management teams. Part of that job involved leading calls and preparing for those calls as well. After a year, I wanted to learn more about technical skills at IBM, so I moved to the command center as a monitoring operator - system administrator. My main role was working with SAP, checking servers, rebooting them, and doing everything necessary for the customer to work properly. Later, I worked for D-Ploy in Prague as an IT Specialist for the Wintel team, where I did administrative work, prepared changes with technicians, and manually onboarded to the CMDB. I was also part of the internal auditors.In 2017, I started working for ING Bank Czech Republic as a Change & Release Manager and Process Owner. My biggest success was creating and establishing a new waterfall and agile Change & Release management process. From 2019, I was on a long-term assignment at ING DiBa Germany in the Security Monitoring & Assessment team. I was responsible for Security Event Monitoring assessment and onboarding.For over a year, I worked at Braiins Mining Tools as a Bitcoin mining specialist. Currently, I work at OSO AI in the Business Development role.
