Providing Police and ministry leaders with reports and recommendations for new deployment destinations to international peacekeeping missions regarding scope, target solution and budget,- Coordinating the implementation of the UN “Women, Peace and Security” agenda in the Police providing reports/data visualizations to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,- Development and implementation of new recruitment, training and air transport procedures for the Polish Formed Police Unit in Kosovo (ongoing project),- Organisation and management of the first ever Polish international police training course for officers posted in the most dangerous regions of the world (“HEAT” training) including financial planning and budget management,- Acting as administrative assistant to the team responsible for the amendment of regulations and operation of the network of police liaison officers in Polish embassies in foreign countries.
