Tubecon is one of the biggest and definitely the most phenomenal influencer event brand in Finland.Our Events are Tubecon, Tubecon Games and Tubecon Awards Gaala. Tubecon Awards Gaala is The only Red Carpet influencer gala in Finland, which is live next time 3.5.2024 in Logomo, Turku.

This is is our family company. We take part mainly in purpose and value driven projects and companies. we join the team either as an investor, owner or advisor. Moreover, sometimes we take a role in the journeys as a collaborative, sponsorship or a charity partner.

For me Tikkurila Festival was much more than just a company, brand, event and a succesful experience.Our lovely team, our stakeholders, the City of Vantaa, our collaboration companies, sponsors, volunteers and artists made us feel that we were a big united family of ambitious, humble and nice people.The mission and vision in 2013 was to create and design a new and interesting brand and event. We dreamed that we could redefine the landscape and the customer experience in the Finnish music festival, entertainment and experience scene. Furthermore, our crazy goal was to design and build the most desirable hospitality and event VIP there has ever been in Finland. Yes we did it.In 2017 Tikkurila Festival was in peak form. Our vision and all our measurable goals were achieved: customer experience and satisfaction was huge. Furthermore the festival and the VIP-tickets were sold out.Summer 2018 was again a huge success. Every ticket category was again Sold Out. Tikkurila Festivaali was now one of the most famous Finnish Music Festivals. Moreover, the VIP has become one of the most famous and desirable in Finnish history. The loved and desirable Tikkurila Festival was acquired by a Finnish listed company called Sanoma Oyj in 2018.In 2019 it was the last event which we did together with Heidi and our original team. Once again we broke all the previous records and we were nominated as the festival of the year in 2019. It was a great journey and nice way to say goodbye to all the loved ones, team members, the audience, the artists and other stakeholders. Thank you guys, it was a pleasure!

Can construction companies be interesting and desirable? They could, but often they lack an insight, purpose driven leadership, multitalented skills and courage to make a difference. During my two years, we showed that impossible is nothing. We started to think, act and communicate in a way that was something totally different than people was used to. The rest is history and Consti Oyj is now listed in the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
