Growth strategies included Business Development tasks for project work and organizational expansion / development to handle increased workload. Managed team projects by establishing Master Services Agreements, writing or approving Task Orders, establishing Change Management procedures, ensuring compliance with Project Management Methodology guidelines, and directing successful engagements. Established strategic direction for the team regarding technology, tool selection and partnerships, training and process adoption.
