Main responsibilitites to organize production and coordinating the capasity in all Peikko Finland manufacturing units. I also ensure that goods are produced cost efficiently, with correct amount and at the right level of quality.I am responsible for both human and material resources from budgeting to execution. I am managing this with my team of 9 white collars in 5 separate production units with total number of 170 employees in production and logistics departments.In addition I coordinate Finland organization Occupational Health and Safety management system as a OHS-manager.

Main responsibilities to build and develop an Occupational Health and Safety Management system (OHSAS 18001) in Finland. Also responsibility to implement certified OHSAS 18001 system in other Group units.

Responsible for managing and leading operations in Peikko Fastening production. I was charging of Production Control & Planning and Manufacturing. Managing team of 15 person in three separate production units with total number of workers 100 – 120.

Responsible for organizing quality and development operations in production. Quality function consisted of quality assurance coordination and it also included customer & supplier claim management. Development function consisted of managing budged planned projects to improve production processes.
