I am a lawyer for German Corporate Law/Mergers & Acquisitions with a PhD in law against unfair competition. I have worked for international law firms as well as in the Private Equity industry. I work on domestic as well as international transactions (private acquisitions and IPOs) in different sectors and different sizes, up to multi billion Euro targets. I advise buy and sell side - strategic investors as well as private equity funds.
