About Jan-Inge Bye

Extensive experience with process technology, project management and research. Hands on experience from sourcing, installation, commissioning, and process and equipment development. As a Researcher my main focus has been to develop and implement new technology and procedures.During my 25 years in the Renewable Industry, I has lead minor and major development and research projects both domestic and abroad. I has throughout the years in renewable energy worked close together with some of the most experienced people in the field. This has given me a thorough knowledge of the technology and a broad network within the renewable energy sector and research communities.I has also had experience as Assistant Plant Manager, Shift Leader and union leader. I has held several training courses for operators. I has been a speaker at domestic conference, and published several papers for international PV-conferences.
