At Amadeus, I work within the CUSS (Common Use Self Service) Platform team, primarily focusing on C# .NET development. My role involves integrating software with various devices across multiple lifecycles, ensuring compatibility between older and newer systems. I’ve been actively improving our CI/CD pipeline, implementing modern Git practices. I also led the implementation and modularization of an inhouse device management software, helping modernize the system and support better communication between the hardware layer and airline applications.

At DBS, I was part of the team responsible for the Digital Credit Check system, working with Golang and Redis to build a low-latency, distributed system. I handled everything from backend development to scripting data extractions from various banking systems. My work also included DevOps tasks like managing Redis clusters, performing live verifications, and handling system upgrades. One of the highlights was optimizing our use of Kibana for better log analysis and troubleshooting, which significantly improved operational efficiency.

Singapore

At Scoot, I was involved in full-stack development for the Navitaire dotREZ booking engine. I collaborated closely with API partners to ensure smooth integration with our systems, and I developed a range of internal tools to improve post-booking activities and customer care. I also played a key role in the Scoot Insider program, setting up connections to Salesforce to enhance personalized marketing efforts. A major achievement was contributing to the system integration after Tigerair merged with Scoot, which involved merging two booking systems ensuring a smooth transition.

Philippines

At Navitaire, I worked on the backend of the GoNow Departure Control System, focusing on core functionalities like seat management and flight operations. I handled bug fixing, implemented system improvements, and collaborated with various stakeholders to meet project requirements. Additionally, I trained new developers through C# Bootcamp sessions, which was a great opportunity to share my expertise and help others get up to speed.
