- 15+ years in managing business - knowledge of processes in sales and financial fields (B2B, B2C),- 12+ years of experience in managing external sales channels,- 10+ years of leading teams (up to 10 people),- 10+ years of HR magement (internal) in SME segment- 10+ years of various consultancy services- 5 years of recruitment (process improvement, hands-on recruitment tech and senior roles)- about 5 years of leading development, implementation and operation tailor-made ERP / CRM / WorkFlow IS based on process management on customer side- 7+ years of experience in banking and insurance field (external sales),- process management - development, implementation and operation; process modeling and reengeniering (BPR),- current top education in economics and aplied informatics,- analytical person, communication and presentation skills, able to lead negotiation on all levels of management,- always going the extra mile.
