Held annually to evaluate the challenges ahead and determine the need for courses.• Stop adding antioxidant compound to the product so we do not have to remove it in the next line of production. This saves us ½ mill per annum.• Processing water from the purifier is recycled . Before it was sent for purifying and fresh water was added. Saving 300000 kr. per annum.• Distillations run with flow rates up to 30 m3/h. Much of the energy is recycled several times.• Daily Lean board meetings through implementation of production setup and development of the production area.• For 2 years I have been running tests on pelleting the product as they do at TripleNine in Esbjerg.
