My role is involved in providing end to end recruitment services to different portfolios across AU, namely Technology, Customer Services Ops, Enablement and Central Functions, Group Ops Services, Wealth, Business and Private Banking, Branch Retail and Institution roles.This includes:• Building strong partnership with our stakeholders, addressing their recruitment, policy and process queries, provides and gather market insights, manage expectations and deliver on commitments• Working closely with our partner/non-panel agencies, internal and external candidates, attending to all concern and queries and managing expectations and timelines, ensuring that a positive stakeholder and candidate experience is being delivered• Utilizing different sourcing strategies – Google sourcing, Linkedin, Indeed, Seek and Taleo database mining, Talent Pipelining, employee and applicant referrals, creating a pool of candidates for current and future hiring needs• Mentored, trained and assisted others in the team to ensure team growthRecruitment campaigns• Instrumental in providing end to end recruitment support for several NWOW campaigns – PreWave, NWOD Agile Coaches, DCX and Workflow and Automation Technology roles, was instrumental in providing recruitment help during the PreNWOW ISO campaign• ICS campaign – Part of ICS campaign team, managed all non-engineering including lead roles and all ICS scrum masters for AU• Supported recruitment campaigns (Home Owners hirings) and mini campaigns (QAs, QC and Credit Coaches) – mini campaigns for QA, QC and Credit Coaches roles of CSO, ensuring a seamless process for HMS and candidates amidst the challenges of the ongoing pandemic. Supported HO recruitment campaign, providing guidance to HMS as needed and ensuring fast turnaround on key deliverables• Received commendation from several Hiring Managers from different portfolios (Enablement, Technology, CSO, Wealth and NWOW teams)

• Created and implemented Continuous Improvement and Policy Changes Tracker for Fusion team• Created Fusion’s Work Instruction document and workflow and had it both approved by Risk and Head of Resourcing• Part of the UAT Team for Taleo upgrade and the consultative team for Peoplesoft and Position management approval Simplification project• Co-Leads AU Core Recruitment Implementation Epic (AU Mega Core Service Proposition roll out)• Introduced the Workload Allocation team tracker that the current AU Core Mega Squad (not part of the epic team)• Undergone mentorship with MIB and participated and collaborated with different stakeholders on several MIB epics, contributed on different stages of the Job Profile Template, CMO service proposition and Employee Visa management (Intro) epics o Job Profile templates – participated in the design planning and mapping, conducted post design validation and gathered feedback on the template o CMO service propositions – conducted data gathering/feedback on the current process and experiences of different stakeholders on the process

As a Scrum Master, I'm in charge of facilitating our DSU, retros, Mega squad epic plannings and JIRA epic updates. I also serve as the squads’ representative in Epic refinements, team meetings, and scrum meetings.
