A Little bit about me.. I am a highly adaptive leader, dedicated and driven, others might descibe me as a "firebrand". My leadership style is based on trust and "freedom under responsibility" and i have a well developed situational awareness.I have worked with renewable energy for more than 12 years, and i would like to continue to do so.I have a very light and easy-going personality, with a good sense of humour and a strong sense for diplomancy, that has proven positive in my relations with customers and people in general.With more than forty years of professional experience in various environmens, ranging from military leader over information technology, coaching of criminal youths, managing wind turbine sites and Team Lead for site managers and installation leads, Operations manager and COO, Head of Site Management, Site Manager for Statkraft and from 2021 owner of my own consultant company, currently on contract with Vattenfall, my career to date, has been strongly supported by my dedication, ability to motivate and ability to step into almost any tasks and invironments and adapt to the situation.
