From August 2022 I became a lead engineer of a hybrid thruster with plasma discharge ignition project. During this role I was responsible for:• Developing Plasma Discharge Ignition technology• Creating test stands and procedures• Design (theoretical analysis, combustion analysis, thermodynamic analysis, 3Dmodelling) of hybrid propellant rocket engine capable of re-ignition,and electric mode according to project requirements• Reporting to European Space Agency Before being lead engineer my responsibilities were:• Designing and developing mechanical features for ADCS actuatorsand thruster projects• Building mathematical models• Designing and conducting tests• Creating procedures and working standartsMain achivements:• Designed and built reaction wheel assembly balancing station withaccuracy of G1 class, according to ISO 1940/1 norm• Developed vibration data normalization and processing softwareusing Python (FFT, Order Analysis)• Designed and built mobile cleanroom (cleanbox)• Constructed mathematical model for resistojet type thruster• Created and carried out test procedures for PPT fuel deliverysystem

I was a member of a research group studying and developing prototype Axial Internal Combustion Engine with HCCI technology.As an engineer I worked on:-Constructing research workstation-QA of engine elements

For over a year I supervised and directioned Association's work. My main duties were:-Organising and supervising two ongoing projects-Planning a budget-Motivating teams-Collaborating with University and external entities-Representing Assosiation on conferences and eventsAlso my main successes were:-5th place at Shell Eco-Marathon 2019 For Urban Concept ICE powered vehicles-Created PR Department-Implemented remote working system

I worked on two main SKAP projects:- Kropelka 2.0 - where I designed connecting and mounting parts deserved for 3D printing; refined and optimalised powertrain system; participated in manual works around the prototype for Shell Eco Marathon Competition- PERUN - prototyped prototyped user's interface for electric motorcycle for MotoStudent 2020 international competitionAnd also took part in a project e-MaksPower - participated in proces of producing composite fairing
