Optimum has worked with national and global organisations in technology, engineering, telecommunications and energy. Optimum is now leading change in recruitment with gender-balanced shortlists across a number of organisations in STEM. Jan still remains a hands-on Recruiter and Career Coach. She works closely with students, graduates, early career professionals, senior management and organisations to address the barriers that may impact on women in STEM gaining their first role or progressing in their career. Jan also holds a Bachelor of Arts, Graduate Diploma in Psychology and Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology.
