I am a Full Time mother to a medically complexed and fragile child and another daughter I adopted.. I deal with nurses on a daily basis, and also recruit my own nurses if need be. I am OCD when it comes to my nurses and their documentation. I do my own scheduling, MAR and I also do the 485 Care Plan for the school district for my child. I am CPR certified, trach and gtube trained, Ventilator trained, you name it, my child probably has it lolI have went to nursing school twice but not graduated "YET", as my child tends to be hospitalized each time I go to nursing school.I do work part time as an office manager, filing, scheduling, book keeping once a month. And I program computers as needed.I also plan events monthly in the summer for handicap children and others.I also do alot of event planning and host a number of events for disabled children and adults throughout the year.
