I'm an external PhD candidate at RWTH Aachen University (Institute for Technology & Innovation Management) and a doctoral researcher at Bern University of Applied Sciences (Institute for Innovation & Strategic Entrepreneurship). I was a visiting doctoral researcher at Warwick Business School from September 2023 to February 2024. My research interest revolves around the dark(er) sides of entrepreneurship.I've received a bachelor's degree in International Management from the Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences, and a master's degree in Entrepreneurship from Trinity College Dublin. I have 2 years of experience in management consulting, and 3 years of experience in banking and financial services. I also completed a six-month internship in science diplomacy at the Embassy of Switzerland in Washington, D.C., as well as a three-month business development internship in a Swiss multi-sided platform startup.I co-founded a spirits brand, adam., in 2020. Our first product, a multi-award winning corn-based vodka, is currently available for online purchase in 41 states, sold on-site at selected Californian bars and restaurants, and delivered via Postmates in the greater Los Angeles region. I exited the business in a founder buyout in February 2022.
