Vollarte is an online art company focusing on new and innovative ways to connect artists and buyers. A peer-to-peer art marketplace that uses aspects of social media to encourage repeat purchases.We are an artist-centric rather than product-centric platform with an emphasis upon instilling personal connections to art in the currently impersonal online art market. A combination of classical social media features such as personal messaging, sharing etc. provides greater access to the artist. Besides the basic transaction of art (at a discounted commission), Vollarte offers insights into the creative process acting as a portfolio for the artists as much as a marketplace.

Tutoring the weekly first-year introduction course "Computer Skills" for ten tutorial groups consisting of 30 students each. The main tasks included the facilitation of basic knowledge in MS Excel, StatCrunch as well as several other statistical Solver add-ins. Apart from that my task was to supervise the students in working on weekly assignments or mid-term quizzes and getting them familiar with Maastricht's electronic learning platform eleUM.
