Trio Brno project - a large section of the city, known as Jižní centrum (South Centre), dramatically transforms for the better. Our project incorporates 124.000m2 of GLA and NSA in diverse construction comprising of mostly apartments, offices and green spaces and will bring a new aesthetic to the city centre.

Nusle Brewery project, Prague, Czech Republic. Penta wants to use the former brewery site for a residential development, which should offer up to 400 apartments in an attractive location close to the city center. The listed 17th-century brewery building will house office and retail space and when complete will give the area a completely new appearance, helping return it to its historic roots as a centrepoint of Nusle. In-house development and construction management € 100 M.

Waltrovka project, Prague, Czech Republic. Redevelopment of the industrial brownfield (169.000m2) to a new residential and administrative quarter of 5 administrative buildings (80.000m2 GLA) along with 650 apartments and 50 houses together with roads and other infrastructure. In-house development and construction management € 300 M.

Leading of the team of project managers responsible for the company’s complex projects, combining various technologies of special foundation as well as turnkey projects, both for building and infrastructure. Direct management of projects worth € 17 M per year.

Site engineer of the general contractor. Main project: U HAJKU II - the twelve-story hotel complex in Prague´s historic centre. Turnkey project worth of € 60 M. Site supervision, subcontractor management, time planning, and scheduling, quality management, reporting, subcontractor tendering, price estimating, client negotiation.

In conjunction with studies at the University of Newcastle. Tasks included different aspects of civil engineering works for industrial infrastructure such as bills of quantities and estimating, engineering solutions for feasibility studies, preparing of proposals etc.

On-site industrial experience during the final fhase of Construction of Olympia Olomouc shopping Centre. Bovis Lend Lease provided project and construction management services managing works of € 50 M.

On-site industrial experience during the construction of multi-purpose arena SAZKA, Prague, Czech Republic. Bovis Lend Lease provided document control and parts of project management services managing works of € 350 M.
