As a production manager, retail manager, and merchandise coordinator at Queens, a company that sells streetwear, sneakers, and modern fashion, I was responsible for a variety of tasks. In my role as production manager, I organized events including fashion shows, concerts, festivals, and meet & greets with influencers. I also helped with managing our influencer roster and was responsible for communicating with them.As a retail manager, I managed three stores in Prague, Brno, and Ostrava. This included hiring new staff, implementing new processes, and handling legal and compliance issues.As a merchandise coordinator, I was responsible for overseeing the production of our in-house brand clothing collections, including collaborations with influencers and other brands.
