- Managing Team of Payroll Specialists- Overseeing E2E process for payroll of all employees across all European entities on a monthly basis- Overseeing statutory requirements and ensuring all appropriate deductions are paid to authorities accurately and on time- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with outsourced payroll providers to resolve issues in a timely manner- Building and maintaining internal relationships with different functions- Leading change in the payroll processes including consolidation of outsourced payroll providers- Producing various reports including cost and general ledger reports for the Finance department- Supporting outside of EMEA countries for payroll payments and General Ledger responsibilities- Ensuring all payroll queries are responded to timely

- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll results across all scheduled and off-cycle payrolls- Gross-to-Net Payroll calculation accuracy and validation- Managing the country BPO operations - Managing calendar compliance- Partnering with HR Finance and Core Finance on required payroll reconciliations and financial reporting - Serve as the subject matter expert on local payroll requirements and related tax matters. Liaise with BPO and other local resources as needed to address questions/issues in this area- Participate in implementation and deliver target results for projects impacting processed countries

- Delivering the highest quality of service in payroll operations by executing all activities in compliance with existing procedures and customer requirements - Ensuring the timeliness of payroll processing (sending inputs to payroll services providers, approving payrolls and requesting uploads and payments’ releases)- Carrying out the validation of payroll inputs and the reconciliation of output files- Interacting with employees, client or third party providers to process payroll data and ensure the - Initiating and actively supporting any continuous improvement activities or other process and/or tools improvements
