DD Studios is a niche marketing studio we build from scratch. We were the first in the Slovenian market that were specialized in vertical video production, and built the team of fantastic young individuals and organized them in a way that is acceptable to all of us.It is an interesting challenge to lead, motivate and find the perfect balance that suits different lifestyles, values, and thoughts of employees from three generations all with their own unique vision and purpose and keeping our core passion in the scope of everybody - making the best new generation content in the universe.

Pharsol is a small biotechnology company, specialised in developing innovative pharmaceutical solutions. We managed to bring 2 innovations to life, besides selling some hi-tech laboratory machinery and all the support for it. My roles in all our projects are focused on sales strategy, building customer personas and pathways, customer relations, and sale negotiations. CryoHolder - is a tool for safer and more efficient transportation of frozen cryovials. It was developed by Miha Rajh, my friend and colleague who thought of it and started making prototypes. I joined the team to try and develop the tool to perfection, but mostly to create sales and marketing strategies. Organizing enterpreneurship classes for students and other interesents, particularly in the field of life sciences.

Besides all tasks connected to sales, I am also working as a copywriter, maintaining good costumer relations and leading the neverending search for optimisation and enhancements of our Byba. My tasks vary from finding new guerilla tactic, we can use for promotion to enhancing my negotiation skills and techniques, that help us penetrating into new markets.

As a president of the Student council, I am responsible for the welfare of all students of University of Ljubljana. My tasks include coordination of all student councils of faculties of University of Ljubljana, tackling all risks and problems students face, defending student rights and duties and maintaining high quality of education.

Student organisation of Biotechnical faculty is carring out approxmately 70 projects each year, varying from student trips, round tables, additional courses and many other study and off-study related projects.Being a president makes me responsible for representing our faculty in the Student organisation of University of Ljubljana, and making sure we get enough money for all our projects.
