My name is Jan Kurlanc, I am a graduate at the Warsaw School of Economics majoring in Managerial. The first steps in the business I put already in my undergraduate when I started working in a thriving start-up, as Sales Development Representative, where I was part of the young Outbound Team. In the following years, I also completed a marketing internship at Mediacom, and further developed my skills as a Business Development Specialist in the local company. I am currently working in a young start-up More Growth, where in August I joined the Outreach Team. In our Team, we are responsible for building organic traffic on the websites of all our four projects. In January this year, I also started to coordinate the work of the entire Research Team and manage its members. I am an experienced SEO Research Team Lead and Growth Specialist at Natu.Care, where I have been in this role since January 2023. My responsibilities include coordinating the Team's activities, planning quarterly goals, analyzing data, and creating automations to streamline various processes. Additionally, I am actively involved in the recruitment process for new Team members.
