At USA Funding Corp I oversaw the Conforming and Non-Conforming closers and funders. I was responsible for the human resource procedures such as hiring, firing, training and reviews of two departments. I monitored warehouse lines and ensured that funders handled wires correctly and efficiently. I also followed investor’s guidelines for the smooth facilitating of selling our loans. In addition to generating status reports for upper management, I provided the highest quality customer service to all our vendors.

ProcessorAs a processor I was responsible for the processing of mortgage loans including: verifying income, working with other lenders to obtain needed information, performing appraisal review, and verifying title work and insurance policies requirements were met; all while meeting the myriad state guidelines.Loan OriginatorAs a loan originator I was responsible for selling the customer and overseeing the loan process, taking applications, analyzing credit, recommending acceptance/denial, and scheduling and verifying closes.I was able to help my clients obtain financing by reviewing their credit and at times helping clear up issues on it to fit the right loan program. I enjoyed being able to see them get the loan they deserved and helping them reduce monthly expenses.

As a loan processor I was responsible for entering applications, sending pertinent compliance disclosures, recording loan data, preparing closing documents, working with other lenders to obtain payoffs and satisfactions, and verifying income.
