Responsible for Bank's electronic services which include Online & Mobile Banking, Debit Cards, ACH and Phone Banking.

Responsible for all aspects of the Bank’s consumer online banking, online payments and mobile banking services. Managed all sales and marketing efforts of the unit as well as vendor management. Developed and implemented solutions to impact internal and external customer needs and requirements. Launched mobile banking and online bill payments in Hawaii, early leader nationally in these products and services. Member of advisory board at Metavante Corporation focusing on online banking strategies and initiatives. Member of Bank’s Information and Technology Risk Committee.

Authored white paper on Hawaii’s Food Stamp program’s impact to Bank of Hawaii and recommended course of action. Worked with State legislators on issues and garnered support to change State laws, partnered with State government, food retailers and other financial institutions to launch EBT program in Hawaii. Managed the Bank’s implementation to support the State’s EBT program as an ATM acquirer and Merchant Service provider. Worked with the City and State government to amend Hawaii laws to receive electronic funds transfers. Developed and implemented a program to enhance the relationship with the credit union industry and its clients which resulted in over $30 million in new deposits in one year.

Responsible for all functions of the product management department for direct and indirect consumer loans and lines of credit, credit cards, and consumer fee services. Grew the home equity credit line portfolio to represent 30% of market share, and then rated as the 25th largest portfolio in the Regional Banks ranking Developed and launched the Home Equity and Personal FlexLine products and VISA Business Card. Repriced the traditional overdraft protection line of credit product to generate interest and fee income.

Managed the market planning and marketing research departments. Supported lines of business with market planning and promotion and marketing research support. Coordinated implementation of marketing plans with other department; advertising, corporate communications, direct marketing and community events. Authored the Bank’s first corporate-wide marketing plan.

Responsible for product development, market planning and execution, and membership growth through company enrollments. Enrolled over 400 companies to offer credit union services to their employees.
