Personal and Employment ObjectiveMy direct objective is a successful project completion. I have 9 years of experience in the EPCM – Project Management environment, with the ability to manage large complex projects successfully. For the last 20 years I have been actively involved in the engineering and project environment where I have been a key team member in fabricating, machining, repairing, maintaining, equipping. Manage, implementing, executing and completion in-house projects.As construction manager or construction supervisor, and my active participation in the EPCM projects enabled me to understand my role of managing, executing and completion of projects to the highest standard and exact detailed engineering design. Manage safety, quality, budget, plan and progress, commissioning up to hand over. This positions me to manage projects in totality from bush clearing to commissioning. My understanding of earth works, civil work, structural and mechanical work also makes me a valuable asset during the execution and commissioning phase of construction, bringing a practical and constructive solution to the table. I have been in the position of the management, co-ordination, construction and commissioning of projects throughout my career. I can play a support or leadership role in any given situation, as I realize the importance of team work and can be utilized at the different management levels in any given project. Specialties: The experience and ability to manage the skills required to complete a project. The ability to take a decision quickly and instinctively is an asset.
