With over 25 years of experience in the field of Special Educational Needs (SEN), my core competencies lie in strategic leadership and policy influence, particularly within Central Bedfordshire Council and Oak Bank School. My mission is to enhance educational access and outcomes for SEN pupils, guided by a deep understanding of psychological principles and educational best practices. At Oak Bank School, I am committed to fostering an inclusive environment that resonates with our values of empowerment and support, contributing diverse perspectives and innovative approaches to our dedicated team.Currently, in my role as Outreach and Strategic Lead at Oak Bank School, I spearhead the Umbrella Secondary SEMH Outreach team, providing pivotal guidance and support to schools, pupils, and parents. My expertise in data analysis, team motivation, and public speaking has been instrumental in setting up this initiative, ensuring that our outreach services effectively address the complex needs of SEN pupils and facilitate a supportive learning ecosystem across the educational community.
