Developed and implemented reprocessing program; managed oversight of construction and grand opening of new reprocessing facility. Report to the VP of CSF. A highly visible position as the point of contact for LeeSar/CSF & member/client Asset Optimization Program. Responsible for maintaining hospital account at compliance levels consistent with SUD utilization and ensuring optimized cost of service within responsible accounts, including four hospitals, collection representative teams and employees at lab facility. In three years, the program resulted in a total cost saving of $4.3 million for member health systems.
