As a person who managed a creative agency, I had a diverse range of responsibilities. My key duties included:• Planning and strategy: I was responsible for developing and implementing business strategies for the agency, setting operational goals and objectives, and overseeing their execution. Including the food photography studio managed as a subbrand.• Team management: I recruited, trained, and managed a team of creative, design, 3D, graphic, photography, and administrative staff. Between 2014 and 2019 the agency employed about 16 people on a constant full employment basis. • Financial management: I oversaw the agency's finances, including preparing and monitoring budgets, planning project costs, negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers, and managing payments and wages.• Client and project management: I maintained relationships with clients, assessed their needs, developed project proposals, coordinated their execution, and ensured the quality of delivered services. Our clients included: Eurocash, Daymon, AmeriGas, MTP, BMW Poland, Poznań City Council, Garden of Words and many other.• Marketing and sales: I coordinated marketing activities, oversaw advertising and promotional campaigns, and focused on developing sales and acquiring new clients.• Market research and trends analysis: I monitored the advertising industry's market and trends, gathered information on competitors' activities, and kept up with new technologies and tools.Moreover, my agency specialized in creating packaging designs for private label products for retail chains. Therefore, we had specific departments for 3D visualization, graphic design, and a studio for culinary photography to showcase our packaging designs in real-life settings. We have proudly delivered over 500 unique SKU designs to the market.
