I am a professional in education and training business and sales. I have worked in top management for 20 years. Latest positions are in international business, sales and management. I have had full responsibility on top management; business and sales, organisational, financial, and HR leadership, as well as operations and services management and development. I have acted as development and change manager, hence duties have consisted organizational changes and / or re-building. Management results have been excellent in leading organizations to strong growth or towards vision otherwise. My scientific background consists of technology, nature science, education and training, and consultancy. I have excellent social skills, cultural sensitivity, language skills, networks, international business and jurisprudence knowhow, among others.Currently I'm working as CEO in EduExcellence Ltd, a global operator of Haaga-Helia, Laurea and Metropolia Universities of Applied Sciences. Previously I worked as director in trans national business operations in University of Helsinki HY+ Ltd. My responsibility is to lead the company's international business sector: sales, management and leadership of the business team. In the position of CEO in EduCluster Finland Ltd I had a unique role in rising the Finnish for-profit international education services for six years. In the born global company I had the position of manager and leader, sales and marketing, organisation developer, executing strategies (with the BoD), organizational changes, investments and finance, among the others. During that time the Company growth in turnover and profit was multiplied. During my management since 2010 we closed three major deals in the Gulf region (UAE, KSA, Qatar), making history in the Finnish education business. Recent one was the establishment of a branch office in Qatar, Doha and opening a K-12 school, Qatar-Finland International School.
