The Team Lead under the Retirement Service Center is responsible for servicing clients through leading a team of Reps. Trains, coaches and directs the daily workflow of team members. Resolving routine issues and escalated problems, acting as back-up to the service managers. Lastly, actively provides input to Senior Managers on team member’s performance and recommendations relative to corrective actions, employment and promotion.
