Responsible for the running of a 90,000 square foot factory, producing high quality bespoke structures from carbon and stainless steel to an execution class 4 standard. Implementation of new production processes and systems to ensure compliance to nuclear class 1, resulting in the production of a new quality manual and procedures. Responsible for the management and supervision of sixty + personnel ranging from managers, designers, quality engineers; to welder/fabricators and support staff.

Responsible for coordinating and leading a team of six project managers and 20+ operatives in the delivery of high end engineering projects. Ensuring time, cost and quality was maintained as well as liaising with clients to ensure their expectations were being met. Reporting directly to the MD on all aspects.
