Recently I am part of the Hagler Bailly Pakistan team carrying out the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment for Thar Block III Mining and Power Plant Project for Asia Power Limited. As part of the ESIA team I responsible for carrying our community consultations in Block III. This included an in-depth explanation of the Project to the communities and providing them approved-feedback, and writing logs of consultations. I also managed female field staff carrying out consultations, and sat in on some female consultations (depending on the community being visited). In addition, I also carried out household level surveys. I have carried out focus group discussions on culture and way of life in all villages within the Block. I was also supported on additional aspects such as obtaining data from Government institutions.

Thardeep Rural Development Program (TRDP) a legendary NGO of Sindh engaged in community development. The TRDP promoted him to the position of Field Unit In-charge where he facilitated and led the social mobilization and microfinance teams, prepared progress reports and facilitated the field visits of donors at the field office level.
