After many years as branch manager, I have in recent years worked on various banking projects in which lean and agile tools were used. Main areas were, debt collection, documentation, training of business units and transferring tasks when projects ended. Tasks besides the above were,- Leadership or co-lead on project. - Personnel management and establishing learning environments. - Establishing organization and communication structure. - Operation of project including securing deliveries, e.g. time, quantity and quality. - Ongoing contact with stakeholders. Besides the above, I have, from my time as branchmanager, gained knowledge about KYC processes, AML supervision and financial crime controlling.In general, seek to use the opportunities offered by the technology.I work with energy and willingness to seek solutions. In my work, customers' wishes and needs are the most important issues and the solutions must be based on this. I thrive with many tasks at the time, I have good impact on my surroundings and I have good communication skills. I have created trustworthy relationships with customers, colleagues, the board of the local business societies or various Rotary clubs.I work with overview, structure and processes to ensure an effective daily life.Focus on results has always been a part of the job as well as business development as a whole.
