I was with EST Stage Technology, a.s. (http://www.eststage.com/), which deals with theatre and stage technology (from design, projection, production, assembly to commissioning) for 4.5 years and have gained a lot of work experience. I started as a designer, then technical support on German construction sites, German translator, construction manager, project manager. Since every project was unique, the customers' requirements were always varied and I gained diverse and at the same time technically accurate experience, starting with the design of the equipment, through assembly to the actual commissioning and customer approval. As a project manager, I was the main contact person for German-speaking customers.I am a team player and I like creating a positive team spirit. EST Stage Technology, a.s. supplied the steel structures and theatre technology for a project in Dresden. I got the position as a construction manager thanks to my language skills and I also worked there as a translator and a technical support for the assembly team.
