- Provide and lead technical support to the project teams and to the plants on the Injection system and tool design- Up date Tooling and Injection standards at PO division level- Define cycle time and scrap rate + Injection molding machine clamp force- Validate mould technical specification with product line and tool purchasing support- Define the technical parameters in order to define an accurate Injection means cost- Lead the tool design stage and ensures a good communication with the toolmaker in order to ensure a simultaneous tool and product engineering to validate the tool design and ensure it quarantees the PO industrial requirements- Validate the complete injection system including MF analysis and gate design to define and validate the shrinkage applied into the tool and the cycle time- Propose technical solutions in order to ensure the continuous improvement in projects in terms of cost, lead time and quality- Give a technical support to the prototype department - Support the Tooling and Injection Development Engineer in order to ensure a tool transfer and start of production in the plant in the best circumstances

-cooperation with commercial department, technical feasibility of the new customer requiremets- DFM study, negotiation with the customer development department- injection tooling design review and approval - making and updating internall tool specification - responsibility for the tool modification and tool repair- support of process APQP/PPAP- deputy of the head of the tool room for 1 year (responsbility for 6 toolmakers)

Responsibility for the project from the beginning till the end.- Preparation of RFQ for the new injection tools from the external toolmakers (CZ/Foreign)- supervise the production of injection tool and participation on the trials on toolmakeŕ´s side. - responsibility for tool modification/repair- start up of injection/painting/assembly process including document preparation- coordinate the good internal information flow between each department

- Optimalization of the production process (troubleshooting, make process more effective, cost saving)- Close cooperation with the production, quality and project department (introduction of the new projects, customer claims etc. )

- Factory tour to understand the work of the different departments- observations, results of own analysis, suggestions for improvements and process optimization- training for position of shift leader
