I am currently self employed, working as a cognitive behavioural therapist.I worked for the NHS for 14 years as a CBT psychotherapist up until 2020.I provide EMDR and Cognitive behavioural therapy online.I have experience in all areas of mental health, which has included a range of psychotherapeutic interventions over the years. I am a trained qualified and accredited counsellor and Cognitive behavioural therapist. I am accredited with the BACP and BABCP and have completed parts 1 to 3 of EMDR training.I am trained in teaching mindfulness for depression and anxiety in groups and also one to one.Prior to my NHS work I was a manager for the drug intervention programme in Essex.I have experience in working for IAPT, delivering interventions for clients and contributing towards achieving service outcomes.I am a conscientious individual who builds positive relationships with both employees, colleagues and clients.
