Export Demand Planner
CurrentResponsible for Export Supply Chain in CEE region - responsible for all logistics tasks regarding CEE Export customers from: Hungary, Slovenia, Greece, Malta, Croatia, Serbia, Ukraine and BIH- implementation of new customers (system settings, implementation and building new supply chains)- demand planning and forecasting (SKU level)- cooperation with production planners (calls, conferences, S&OP calls, S&OE calls)- stock management on daily basis- Export logistics KPI owner- user of SAP ERP and APO- communication with external logistics providers & delivery planning- support for Export document creation for non EU countries (CMR, EUR1, ABD and Veterinary certificates)- improving of supply chain processes and optimization of logistics costs- cooperation on logistics costs accruals with controlling department on a monthly basis- Intrastat report creating x SAP ERP P10- stock management- checking orders and deliveries for Export customers- best before dates checking and minimizing of scrapping costs- creating of new customers in SAP- order to cash processes (purchase orders, deliveries and invoicing)- other customer settings (minimum best before dates, place of loading, system lead times,incoterms,…)x SAP APO- demand planning/forecasting (manual forecasts & promotional forecasts)- NPIx SAP ERP I14- testing
