• Monitoring overall quality situation on several projects (inputs -> customer PPM, supplier PPM, PQC, product audit results, internal scrap rate, etc.), reporting to a Quality Manager• Determining, controlling and implementing corrective actions on basis of collected data• Handling customer claims (Tier 1 and OEM customers)• Handling supplier claims• Problem analysis acc. to corporate methodology (GPQ PDCA)• Auditing suppliers (technologies of cutting material, sewing, molding of plastic parts, processing metals, galvanization, assembly)
