Our practice has deep expertise in handling estates of all sizes and complexity. Our practice also focuses on helping clients navigate complex tax laws and regulations related to estate planning, and handling probate and trust administration. We also have deep experience in advising our clients on considerations related to long-term care planning and asset protection. Our practice's goal is to help clients ensure their assets are distributed according to their wishes, in the most tax-efficient and cost-effective manner possible, and to avoid or minimize disputes among beneficiaries.

Led a successful family practice focused on estate planning and securing the future of our client's future generations. Beyond estate planning, my work focused on assisting my clients in elder law matters, including preparation of durable powers of attorney, living wills, and asset protection. Developing multi-generational relationships with my client's families, I also represented clients during probate and trust administration.

Led the probate and trust administration of client's estates, with a focus on high net worth and ultra high net worth clients. Cleared an 18-month backlog of work up to a six-month lead.

Opened and administered all probate files for the firm; handled divorce and family law cases, including division of financial assets and construction of settlements for clients.
