Responsible for strategic initiatives in product and business development and management of team of product managers (construction savings, lending, insurance and investment products). - Build strategy of the product development department, energize the team- Startup of retention process for secured and unsecured loans and deposit products- Expansion of cross sell activities enabling to utilize all customer touchpoints across channels

Responsible for management of the business stream in mortgage loan project- Define product value proposition and related processes for mortgage loans and ensure that supporting functions will be in line with positioning of Air bank- Achieve business goals in terms of market share and ROE

Member of the core project team, which prepared and implemented the green field bank operations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Responsible for retail banking products, cards, direct banking and marketing.- Work on product definition and launch of retail products in the Czech Rep. and Slovakia - Build and manage a team responsible for product management, underwriting, loans servicing and collections- Establish processes related to product development, marketing, direct banking and on-line acquisition, cooperation with 3rd party on cards issuance and related processes- Set-up of cross sell strategy and concept on an AXA group level (bank, insurance, investments)

Responsible for management of credit card products, i.e. enhancement of value proposition of existing products and new product development. Responsible for P&L of the products. Development of portfolio of credit cards and execution of activities leading to balance growth, regular usage and increased profitability of the products- Work with marketing and distribution on strategy to meet sales and business objectives- Define and execute campaigns and promotions to achieve goals in cards activation ratio and cards usage- Launch and manage cross-sell of installment products on the cards portfolio- Manage cooperation with external telesales unit (training, setting up sales incentives, monitoring of quality of sales processes)

Owner of P&L of consumer loans and responsible for achieving business objectives of the product. Responsible for business plan&budget and its fulfillment, identification of market opportunities on the market and its execution.
