I am an experienced manager, software engineer and product architect and have worked with software development and software architecture as well as complete product line design and product management.I am very experienced in technically managing small and large groups of engineers in an agile/scrum environment with followup, new goal setting and inspiration to go just a bit further.I enjoy and have a talent for bridging between different groups - developers, consultants, sales people, end users - everything has a story behind it, and you need to know the story to understand the full picture.I am also very experienced in creating and designing new products based on case studies together with customers and people within the organisation.I have a passion for creating highly technical, beautiful and easy to use software!Throughout my career I have also worked as a developer (C, C++, Objective C (iOS), Java, Java EE) using a multitude of third party libraries and infrastructures running on Linux, Windows and Mac OS X, embedded Linux as well as mobile platforms. I am passionate about creating software solutions and enjoy using my ability to understand, handle and breakdown both complex technical and everyday problems and make them simple and manageable within the available time and cost.
