Information Technology Support Administrator
Current- Provide users with assistance and advice.
- Perform 1st and 2nd level support for equipment and systems
- Manage incidents related to office automation, hardware and software issues (identification,analysis, follow-up and resolution)
- Configure, install, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade workstations (hardware and software).
- Record and update knowledge base documents
- Keep up-to-date the inventory of the municipal administration's IT equipment
