Key Achievements:• Focus on continuous process improvement innovation and driving cost control (cost saving / no wastage in all aspects of my work – small company with limited funds).• Successfully spearheaded the implementation and development for all systems from scratch after the mine was flooded for 5 years and was in care and maintenance and re-opened. • 2023: Participated on the management team.• Final Recovery Foreman and Sort House Foreman.Overview:• Manage and co-ordinate efficient and streamlined daily duties, leading team of 4: One Junior Geologist, One Geologist Assistant and two Final Recovery Plant Operators.• Drafting resource / reserve statement, competent persons report and tailings resource statement.• Improve functioning and decrease wastage of processes - DMS plant, final recovery plant, and underground mining.• Oversee and manage geological data collection, analysis, and interpretation. HMA (KIM) sampling, sorting, and analyses. Perform geological mapping and modeling to define mineral reserves and resources.• Collaborate with mining engineers and geotechnical engineers to optimise production activities. Monitor and track production performance, identifying areas for improvement.• Provide technical guidance and support to junior geologists and field teams.• Conduct geological inspections and investigations to identify geological hazards and risks.

Overview:• Managed duties as Foreman of the final recovery as well as Joint Foreman of the Sort House, sorter in the sort house. • Monthly reconciliation of tons mined, hoisted, and processed.• Ensured effective/value-adding geological modelling is maintained, inclusive of forecast updates. Underground collection and interpretation of geological and structural data for use in grade control modelling.• Underground mapping and sampling of development faces and drives. Mapping of all geology and kimberlite underground.• Stockpile management and communication to key stakeholders.• Developed, maintained, and validated mineral resource models, grade control systems and geological databases.• Planned and supervised resource definition and grade control and ensure that quality control is maintained at the highest possible level.
