I'm enthusiastic about using automation in bioprocess engineering to develop efficient ways to produce clean meat as well as artificial biological tissues and organs for biomedical purposes. At OSPIN we're developing a modular, automated bioprocessing platform that is easy to use and evolves with the customers demands from research to industrial scale. Typical applications range from tissue engineering based test systems to cell expansion or cell differentiation for biomedical and food technology. Recently we have become active in the cultured meat field, providing bioreactor systems used to develop efficient bioprocesses for the production of animal muscle and fat cells.In my previous work experience as innovation manager I developed long term strategic roadmaps for opportunities arising from emerging technologies. Employing futures studies techniques I shed light on the interdependence of new technologies and future society. Beyond the conceptional work I also built functional prototypes creating tangible experiences of product visions. Further, I led innovation workshops using methods like creative techniques, gamestorming methods, user experience design principles, science fiction prototyping.
