I value the relationships I have made over the years and have learned a great deal from working directly with all levels of staff, and being a C-level executive.My success within the healthcare field is founded in my clinical background, as I was the 7th licensed Orthotist/Prosthetist in Florida. Over the years I transitioned into an C-Level executive role, and operated managed large practices which were sold to publicly held companies. I have built expertise in a range of business management areas, such as P&L accountability, resource allocation, strategy development, and vendor management, and De Novo growth.Throughout my career I have championed sustainable business practices; in my current role as President and Chief Clinical Officer, I have completed extensive restructuring which resulted in the reversal of negative trends. Together with our executive team, we have achieved positive results.In addition to my professional endeavors, I am a strong community advocate and proved instrumental to the generation of $17M+ in donor funds for the construction of the Level One pediatric trauma center in Central Florida. I have served as liaison for the Florida Board of Orthotists & Prosthetists and the Agency for Healthcare Administration.
