Impossible is the ultimate challenge.I am very experienced in application management and have faced many different issues. I learned that only a few things are really impossible. Engage your creativity, make small steps, don’t want to obtain too much in one blow and, together with the team, make the steps in the right direction. Above all, don’t be afraid to make mistakes but foster and share them as opportunity to learn and grow.My colleagues call me inventive, committed, team player and mentor. I do like to share my gathered knowledge, expertise and experience with my colleagues and it gives me a lot of satisfaction when they can benefit from it.In the last couple of years, I have been involved in the transition of waterfall/project-oriented working towards the agile/scrum approach. In addition to the practical experience, I am also theoretically educated and certified Product Owner and Scrum Master. With this background I can help an organization to start working in the Agile way-of-work and in due time actually achieve it.As an application manager, I worked mainly with business-critical, high volume and high availability applications like POS/ATM authorizations systems and Account Management systems. My environment always appreciated my calmness in stress situations and the ability to explain complex things in a clear way.
