Secondary responsibility for aligning (internal) technology developments to new applications and platforms for series production.

Product integration in technology development projects and new product introduction. As Manufacturing Lead responsible for:- Aerion AS2 Empennage & Aft Fuselage conceptual design: manufacturing strategy and industrialisation plan- Eviation Alice V2 Empennage: assembly strategy and DFM definition enabling rapid prototyping.- CleanSky2 LIFTT: manufacturing development of the fixed fin of the Next Generation Civil Tilt Rotor.

Projects:- Airbus A350 Outboard Flap flight test instrumentation: reviewing manufacturing requirements and coordinating installation of equipment in assembly line. Technical point of contact for third party specialists. - Gulfstream G650 Empennage: several improvement projects on Horizontal Stabilizer and Vertical Fin assembly lines to increase capacity and efficiency; reduce non-conformances in-house and at suppliers through root cause analysis.- Dassault F5X Empennage: participate in factory lay-out and assembling tooling supplier selection and concept design.- Airbus A350-1000 Outboard Flap industrialisation: definition of assembly philosophy during design and development phase, tolerance analyses, plant lay-out and supplier data package definition. Support of production start-up, data analysis on validation measurements and troubleshooting.- Chinook modifications: manufacturing process specification for cost estimating, technical gap analysis for new metal bonding process introduction.
