Ducoop has a focus on district heating, waste water threatment and sustainable electricity services. My focus is electricity.Installing PV, large battery (200 kWh), 30+ EV charging points, data networks, metering. I'm coordinating the programming of an Energy Management System that manage the energy flows between all these asset.Optimization of sustainable electricity is undergoing a shift from 'all activity behind the electricity meter' to 'electricity exchange between several meters, locations and legal entities'. This is called Energy Communities and governed by European and Flemish legislation. Following the evolution and testing business cases is currently an important task to create future proof solutions
