About Jan Schürkamp

Hi, I'm Jan Schürkamp (also known online as GamesTrap). I started programming when I was 16 years old. At the time I was fascinated about how computer games actually work behind the scenes. Thus I started my programming adventure with the Unity game engine and the C# programming language. Through this experience I also got into application development with WinForms. Over time I wanted to go even deeper into the rabbit hole of game programming. That's why I started to learn C++ and OpenGL to make my own game engine.
